The drive and motivation within every photographer is to tell beautiful, compelling, inspiring stories through their pictures. And often, the best stories are best told through those intimate details that aren’t always obvious. Those details aren’t your flowers or the train of your dress. It’s seen in how you glance at your best friend, just as you are about to step down the aisle, the way you clasp your husband’s hand, after the vows have been said, and the soft smile the two of you share when you think no one is looking.

I notice these things. I thrive on these cherished moments. Because I’m interested in learning about everyone I meet, I am able to capture the beauty that sometimes only your closest family and friends see. For me, photographing new faces means getting to know your family as if you were my own; learning the quirks and nuances and getting a feel for everyone’s personal dynamic and personality. It’s why I’ll very likely be a friend to you and yours long after the wedding. I’m all about great relationships and providing the best service and (might I add) I have a blast while doing it.

As a graduate of The Academy of Art University, I studied fashion photography and illustrative portraiture, two elements that shape and inform my photography style. I can shoot the most traditional shots, but really aim to give your wedding a high-fashion, docu-journalism edge that will never look or feel dated. Even if you don’t like the camera, I’ll make sure you love getting your picture taken (and the end results).

I’ve been shooting weddings for the past seven years. Capturing your true emotions is what I strive for and I’ll pretty much do ANYTHING to get the shot. I love traveling, soccer, family, friends, morning coffee, and I love making photographs. Most importantly I love what I do.
